I co-founded an in-house marketing agency called the Marketing Concierge program. This company-subsidized program provides professional marketing services to Allen Tate agents for a fraction of the cost of traditional freelancers. This gives Allen Tate brand control in the marketplace, is a retention tool for existing agents, and is used as a recruiting tool for potential agents.
Program Overview
The Marketing Concierge Program is a dedicated internal marketing agency tailored specifically for Realtors® to support them in staying at the forefront of their sphere. Our knowledgeable team is dedicated to helping busy agents grow their brand and gain more exposure and business through everything from branding to social media marketing. The program offers custom marketing materials, thoughtfully designed to resonate with your target audience.
Program Growth
At the start, I was the only social media team member with about 10 accounts, and in 2.5 years, we have grown to a team of 6 with 98 collective accounts between us. Management experience includes starting a program from the ground up, fostering a collaborative work environment, building supporting, and mentoring my team, and year-over-year growth of 290.1% (2021 - 2022)
Profit
We have had great success with this program over the years, with a 575% year over year profit growth between 2021 + 2022, and a projected 74.9% increase between 2022 + 2023.
