I presented this opportunity to my superiors and was given full creative freedom over the partnership. Allen Tate is now the exclusive home search partner of Charlotte's Got A Lot, the premier source for all things Charlotte. Filled with community events, neighborhood guides, and articles, this is a fantastic resource to share with returning clients and relocating clients alike.

Digital Ad Campaign
These digital ads are placed strategically across charlottesgotalot.com, incorporating current messaging and the most sought after neighborhoods. These ads average 125,578 unique impressions each month.
City Guide Ad
The goal of this ad was to communicate both the legacy of the Allen Tate brand and the modern, multi-generational families we serve. I designed and wrote the copy for this ad, and negotiated exclusivity in the 2023 city guide as the only real estate partner. This was distributed to 250,000 in print circulation and recieves 200,000 online page views annually.


Neighborhood Spotlights
Charlotte's Got A Lot regularly posts Neighborhood Explorer articles, featuring attractions and local businesses in the neighborhoods of Charlotte. As part of our partnership, we sponsor these guides. Embedded in each article are unique links directing back to listings on allentate.com in that neighborhood.

Internal Distribution
I designed and executed this internal communication plan via MailChimp to announce the partnership to the Charlotte area agents + executives, covering 36 offices in the Charlotte Metro region. I also had an extra run of copies for agents to use with existing and relocation clients, and coordinated the distribution.
